1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Marbles Jewelry, an online retailer operating from California. References to “Marbles”, “we”, “our”, or “us” mean Marbles Jewelry. References to “you” or “your” mean the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. By placing an order you confirm you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices may change at any time. Promotional codes and automatic discounts are subject to the stated terms and may be withdrawn without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for pricing errors — and will refund any payment in full if we do.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order you confirm the payment method is yours and that you authorise the charge for the full order amount including shipping and tax.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

See our shipping page for rates and times. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & warranty

See our returns page for the 30-day return policy and the lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. Outside those terms, all sales are final.

7. Product descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our pieces accurately, but minor variations in colour, finish, and stone placement are inherent to small-batch jewelry. Slight differences between the photo and the piece you receive are not defects.

8. Intellectual property

The Marbles wordmark, logo, photography, copy, and site design are owned by Marbles Jewelry. You may not copy, reuse, or republish them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to commit fraud, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the site's operation. We may suspend access at our discretion if you do.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marbles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our maximum liability for a given order is the amount you paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
