Every Marbles order ships in protective packaging from our fulfilment partner. Most pieces leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
- $5 flat rate on US orders under $75
- $15 flat rate to Canada, the UK, and the EU
- $25 flat rate to the rest of the world
Processing times
Orders placed before 12pm Pacific on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery
- US standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- UK & EU: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our warehouse we don't have direct control over carrier transit time.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email [email protected] and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Customs & duties
International orders may incur customs duties or import VAT on arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not collected at checkout. Marbles is not responsible for additional fees levied at the destination.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages where tracking shows “delivered” but the package isn't with you, please first check with neighbours, mailroom, and household — then write to [email protected].
