Shipping
Every Marbles order ships in protective packaging from our fulfilment partner. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, anywhere in the world.
Rates
- Free worldwide shipping on all orders — no minimum, no surcharges, no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing times
Orders placed before 12pm Pacific on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Estimated delivery
- 3–5 business days from order to door, anywhere in the world.
This is the typical end-to-end window covering processing plus carrier transit. Once a package leaves our warehouse we don't have direct control over the carrier, so individual deliveries can occasionally fall outside this estimate.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't see movement on your tracking for several business days, email [email protected] and we'll open a trace with the carrier.
Customs & duties
International orders may incur customs duties or import VAT on arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority and are not collected at checkout. Marbles is not responsible for additional fees levied at the destination.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. For lost packages where tracking shows “delivered” but the package isn't with you, please first check with neighbours, mailroom, and household — then write to [email protected].
