“Marbles”, “we”, or “us” refers to Marbles Jewelry, an online retailer based in California. Reach us at [email protected].

- Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, and the items you ordered.
- Payment information: card details are entered into Shopify's checkout and processed by their payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information if you choose to create one: email and password (hashed).
- Browsing data: pages you view, items you click on, basic device and IP information collected via cookies and analytics.
- Customer-care correspondence when you write to us about an order.
How we use it
- To fulfil and ship your order, and provide customer care.
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and return labels.
- With your consent, to send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any marketing email.
- To run analytics and improve the site (page performance, product recommendations).
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
We share data only with vendors who help us operate the store, including:
- Shopify (storefront, checkout, payments)
- Our shipping carriers and fulfilment partner
- Email service providers for transactional and marketing email
- Analytics providers (in aggregated, pseudonymised form where possible)
We do not sell your personal information.

We use first-party cookies for cart and session functionality, and third-party cookies for analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features (cart, checkout) won't work without them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. Email [email protected] with “Data request” in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Marbles is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

We update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
