Order status

Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. If you placed an order more than 3 business days ago and still haven't received tracking, email us with your order number.

Sizing

Most rings are listed in US sizing. If you're between sizes we suggest going up. Bracelets are listed by inner-circumference inches; the standard women's wrist sits between 6.5" and 7". Sizing mistakes are not eligible for refund or exchange — please double-check before checkout, or email [email protected] with questions before placing your order.

Damage on arrival or manufacturing defect

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If approved, we'll replace, exchange, or mend the piece — or, if none of those is workable, refund you or issue store credit. See Returns & exchanges for the full policy.

Lifetime plating warranty

Plated pieces carry a lifetime warranty against major colour issues — significant discoloration or fading of the gold or silver plating. Approved warranty claims are resolved with a replacement or store credit, not a cash refund.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Pearl discoloration or change of lustre
  • Scratches, dents, or minor damage from daily wear
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, accidents, or improper storage
  • Damage from chemicals (perfume, lotion, chlorine, salt water, household cleaners)

Mystery products and free promotional gifts are excluded from the warranty entirely.
